Wine endowed with freshness and a good length, assisted by an elegant touch of bitterness which allows this wine to accompany a meal of white meats or grilled fish. Via Marchizului, 2020 – 100% Negru de Drăgășani from the Vitis Metamorphosis estate
With more than 93 points
Deep ruby red color. Elegance, power and structure are evident from the first moments. The richness and complexity of notes such as blackberry, sweet spices such as cloves and nutmeg even pink pepper, dried fruits such as walnuts with some floral touches of violet on a rich background of red and black fruits barely jammy. Its silky and well-integrated tannicity allows this wine to accompany meat dishes in sauce but also grilled meats such as a rib of beef or quite simply a plancha of pork and beef charcuterie without forgetting fairly mature hard cheeses. To reveal the optimum of its aromatic notes, this wine should be tasted at a temperature between 18° and 20°C.
