😎Happy face in the vineyards😇 Check: Monte R 😎Happy face in the vineyards😇 Check: Monte Rose in the back!🇮🇹The second day in Piemonte was about the historical wine cellar of @lamasera where I had to say goodbye to an amazing family🥰🇮🇹It was about visiting @torracciadelpiantavigna, making a tour through the vineyards with owner Alessandro Francoli and winemaker Martia Adona and enjoying an amazing lunch🤩🚘Then off with my guide Domenico to @produttorigovone_winery , a coop where we tasted more beautiful wines. 🤩Last stop: @malvirawinery where I tasted mores beautiful wines (arneis and nebbiolo👌) from different vintages and had a splendid dinner in their restaurant @villatiboldi 🤩🙋‍♀️So many stories tell, so much to share👩‍💻!But for now: enjoy the 📸📸📸. 🇫🇷Terret is an ancient grape variety, origi 🇫🇷Terret is an ancient grape variety, originally (and mainly) found in Southern France, specifically in the Languedoc, on the Bassin de Thau shores to the west. 🍇Terret comes in three colours: blanc (white), gris (grey) and noir (black). Terret Noir and Terret Gris were very widespread in the early 19th century but now have almost all disappeared. 🍸Along with its sibling, Terret Gris, Terret Blanc was once widely used to make dry white wines and base wines for vermouth (Noilly Prat)💪Though the surface area covered by Terret Blanc has significantly dropped in the last 70 years too, the variety survived.👌A wine producer that is still working with Terret is Les Caves Richemer, a large but interesting coop in Marseillan.🍋🦪Wine made of Terret Blanc is refreshing, light and dry. It has a pale, almost crystal-clear, appearance with rich tropical fruit aromas such as passionfruit and grapefruit with a lemony finish. 🇫🇷Terret is an ancient grape variety, origi 🇫🇷Terret is an ancient grape variety, originally (and mainly) found in Southern France, specifically in the Languedoc, on the Bassin de Thau shores to the west. 🍇Terret comes in three colours: blanc (white), gris (grey) and noir (black). Terret Noir and Terret Gris were very widespread in the early 19th century but now have almost all disappeared. 🍸Along with its sibling, Terret Gris, Terret Blanc was once widely used to make dry white wines and base wines for vermouth (Noilly Prat)💪Though the surface area covered by Terret Blanc has significantly dropped in the last 70 years too, the variety survived.👌A wine producer that is still working with Terret is Les Caves Richemer, a large but interesting coop in Marseillan.🍋🦪Wine made of Terret Blanc is refreshing, light and dry. It has a pale, almost crystal-clear, appearance with rich tropical fruit aromas such as passionfruit and grapefruit with a lemony finish.
