Vorige week vond in Krakau, Polen, voor de derde keer het International Rosé Championship plaats. Vandaag maakte de jury de uitslagen bekend. De Beste Rosé 2018 komt uit Australië. Gouden medailles zijn gegeven aan rosé’s uit Roemenië, Georgia, Cyprus, Nieuw-Zeeland en Australië, 55 rosé’s kregen zilver en 18 een Best Value Award.
🇬🇧Last week the International Rosé Championship 2019 took place in Krakow, Poland. Today the Jury of the 3nd edition of the International Rose Championship under the presidency of Mrs. Elizabeth Gabay MW proudly presented the official list of the winners.
The wines were scored by 15 judges representing 13 countries in three commissions. The wines receiving most divergent scores where retasted by the chairs of the commissions. All the jurors retasted also all the gold medal wines to find the winners (on the basis of the rule that best score wins). No bronze medals were awarded this year.
