The Hungarian WebWineWriting Award 2022 ceremony took place on 25 August at Pannonhalma Archabbey Winery in Hungary, during a wine event in which 20 estates participated. The WebWineWriting contest was launched by a Hungarian wine writer, but the competition is not exclusively about Hungarian wines, the topics are broader. Moreover: this year a video category was added as well.

At this annual summer wine contest first renowned jury members evaluated the articles and selected the finalists. Then the readers and viewers could vote for their favourites. With this double system the winners are not only good writers but also great influencers. Jury included experts like Rose Murray Brown MW, Wojciech Bonkowski and Charlie Arturaola.
